In the private sector the authorities can replace any one at any time just by ssu jobs giving minimum compensation. With the population increasing day by day and number of smart graduates and talented workers increasing equally as years pass the privates companies always look forward to replacing the existing employees with fresh talented ones. This makes the job, salary / family income at stake. They have to go search for a new job whenever this happens. Also, a private company could run into losses and be closed at any time. When this happens, again, all its employees have to look for new jobs to sustain themselves. The unemployment is increasing day by day and with no jobs available, losing an existing job and having to search to new one could be a humiliating and tiresome task. They are also comparatively very flexible and no properly enforced rules are enforced regarding this matter. Also, there is no proper punishment or regulation to control the employees if they tend to misuse this flexibility of timings to their own credit. While in the private sector jobs there is very properly regulated regulation of timings of the jobs. They could be expelled from the job when the authorities receive continuous reports of indiscipline attendance on the part of a particular employee. The retirement is very smooth in government jobs and the employees are given pension till the day they expire and if the wife of the employee is alive, pension is extended even to her until she expires. Also, if the employees die while still doing the job before retirement, the wife of the employee or any one of her children are given a job as per their qualifications in the same department if there is no one to support the family.
